What is the difference between a Custom and Signature Cake?

Custom cakes are fully tailored to your event- designed from scratch with your colors, themes, florals, characters, and details in mind. They start at $120, with sizing from 6” and up, and pricing varies based on the size and level of detail.

Signature cakes are my curated designs- simpler, more budget friendly options ($65+) with limited customization (like choosing color and message). They are perfect for birthdays, dinners or small celebrations when you want something beautiful but not personalized.

What is Minn’s Monthly Mini club?

The mini cake club is a monthly offering of one limited edition cake inspired by the season or holiday of the month. ( Plus a free birthday mini the month of your birthday if you are a subscriber!)

The cakes are 4” and are perfect for 2-4 people to enjoy. The flavor is new each month inspired by seasonal ingredients or holidays. The mini cakes are not customizable because it is a set design each month. Each mini cake is $50. That price includes premium ingredients, artful design, thoughtful packaging, and pickup on a designated date. There’s no hidden fees or customization charges.

To sign up click the Minn’s Monthly Mini tab and fill out the form. You can choose from a monthly commitment or a prepaid subscription (3 or 6 month options).

Once submitted, you’ll receive a payment prompt and monthly email reminders.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot on my calendar.

Forms of payment accepted are Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Credit Card (small service fee applies).

*** Deposits are non-refundable as a great deal of planning, prep, and my time is set into motion the moment you secure your date. Ingredients and supplies may be ordered, and your spot held exclusively- which means I turn away other inquires for that time. Thank you for understanding and respecting the work that goes into each cake, even before the first ingredient is mixed. The Deposit can be used towards a future cake/date.

How much time do you need?

Orders for each week must be placed by Sunday at 6pm to be accepted.

I do ask that Custom cakes be booked at least 2-3 weeks in advance

Signature cakes at least 7-10 days in advance

Monthly Mini Cakes must be reserved by the preorder deadline shared each month.

Rush orders may be accepted based on availability, and will incur an added fee to account for expedited planning, sourcing, and labor outside my regular production schedule.

Can I order dairy/free vegan?

Yes! I can make any cake without dairy and eggs.

Please note that my kitchen does use all common allergens and although I do my best to avoid cross contamination, it is possible. By submitting the inquiry form Minns is not liable.

For design purposes… most elements are vegan including certain sprinkles, fondant, edible images, edible butterflies, as well as inedible ones such as bows and disco balls.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! I have a refrigerated box made just to transport cakes to ensure they arrive safely.

Base fee: $10

Plus $1 per mile (one way) from my home bakery in Simi Valley.
